What is Worth Choosing Gama Bakery & Cakes?

Choosing Gama Bakery & Cakes is worthwhile for the Nevada resident looking for a blend of authentic Mexican flavors and specialty baking, particularly for specific needs that other bakeries do not address.

The most compelling reason to choose Gama is the unbeatable selection of affordable, traditional Mexican items. Where else can you grab a fresh Concha for $0.65 and authentic Pork Red Salsa Tamale in the same visit? The Tres Leches Fruta Cake is a specialty item highly sought after for its moistness and fruit topping—a perfect centerpiece for family celebrations.

However, customers should approach large, complex orders with care. Due to some reported negative experiences with product consistency and service for wedding cakes, it is recommended that customers ordering custom or tiered cakes confirm all details, including delivery times and freshness guarantees, well in advance. For everyday items and classic Mexican bakery treats, however, Gama Bakery & Cakes provides a unique and flavorful local experience that celebrates authentic cuisine in the heart of Las Vegas.

Ok. I tried to like this place because a family member mentioned it was good. However, based on my experience, I hated it. The cake tasted rancid and it seemed that we were given a cake that had been out a week or so. It was stale; it was very dry. It was 12 of us and all of us left it, Barry touched. I was disappointed and felt embarrassed serving this. It looked good before it was cut but that’s about it and pretty much the reason for a star.

Our wedding cake came lobsided and they were not on time with their delivery. To top it off, they even forgot to bring our cake toppers! We had a 3 tiered cake and the top layer ended up falling down and they tried to say it was one of our own people who dropped it and they did not want to give us our money back for the bad services on their part.Do not recommend

Today I ordered via grubhub. I was very impressed with the value in terms of what I paid and what I received. However, I was charged $8.00 for French Toast w/ fried potatoes. There were not any potatoes in my order. Everything else was correct. I will give them one more shot, but I prefer to order from somewhere that includes all sides they promise. Also, I requested to skip plastic ware, but was given it anyways. Food is very tasty. Croissant is large and worth $0.85 for sure!

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!! Placed order TWICE on postmates, they "accepted" the order then cancelled it 15 minutes later, TWICE. If there's one thing I hate, it's wasting time... Like spending time reading a whole menu because they advertise they're available for delivery, picking things out, just for nothing. No phone call from them about my orders, nothing. Oh and I tried to call them twice, no answer. So if you place an order good luck getting ahold of them if you need to change something later. The sad thing is likely they were just out of stock of something, and had they picked up the phone and called me like any good business does, there's a good chance I would've accepted a substitution or to just cancel whatever items they didn't have in stock.

We love the pastries and cakes from this bakery. Very pleasant servers. The only thing I would suggest is to put labels in front of the display so I do not need to ask what's what. Other than that, everything that we ordered was delicious.
