(I knew this wasn’t a “normal” request, so I did say that if this was asking too much that they could just put balloons.) And let me say, they did exactly what I asked for and it came out GREAT!! My kids love these cookies but they’re on the expensive side. They have raised their prices again but i guess u get what u paid for since these really taste good. As I was checking out, I observed an employee coughing over the cookies she was putting up.I requested a refund after watching her cough over the food. She insisted that she wasn’t sick, but I told her that it was poor food handling whether she was sick or not.She looked confused as to why I was upset. I told her she did not turn away from the food nor did she try to cover her mouth.They told me they couldn’t return my money because the manager had already left for the day. I would not come back to this location for all the money in the world. Employees need retraining on safe food handling procedures.
