They will not have your cake ready when you come pick up the order. Employee is rude. I wanted a refund instead of waiting over an 30 mins for the employee to give her best hand at the cake.... which is posted here. I was very late to this dinner arrangement that was an hour away due to this error. Oh and not once was an apology given for their mistake of not having the cake either.
