This location I don’t know what’s going on, but I’m highly disappointed. I put my order together online so that I had exactly what I wanted. I get to the store to pick up my cake. I requested that balloons be put on the cake as decoration and for the cake to say happy 27th birthday Tyler I ordered the biggest cookie cake you offer. I’m not understanding why the cake decorator thought it was OK to not split up the wording and scrunched it all together into one. Sentence The balloon she put on the cake do not resemble balloons at all. They look like sperm all over the cake, highly disappointed in the quality of decorating when the cake cost $65.

We have had great experience with getting our cookie cakes in the past for our baseball end of season celebration. However, this year I was disappointed. It literally looked like a child decorated it. Keep in mind it cost me $75. I’m giving two stars because it tasted fine but they need to do better. :(
May 19 · April MatthewsMy wife ordered a cookie cake online today with a pickup time of 1:00pm. I arrived at the store about 1:20pm and the lady behind the counter informed me it would be about a hour before my cake was ready. I told her this would not work due to we are having a party. She offered to give us 2 smaller cookie cakes and said they would be ready in 10 minuets. About 25 minuets later she came out with the two smaller cookie cakes. While in there another lady came in to get her cake and was informed it would be a hour before hers was ready as well. Several other customers came in for ice cream and were informed that they were not serving ice cream today. I also noticed while in there that someone had altered the health score report and changed the score with a pen. There was also several other items that were concerning. A lot of the candy jars were nasty, the cords were hanging down from the menus, no ice for the soft drinks, this is the end of march and they still had valentines cakes and decorations on display, the glass on the display cases were nasty. There isn’t a working restroom in the restaurant, what do the employees do if there isn’t a working restroom? This place is need of some serious management help and cleaning. I will also be sending these photos to the Rockdale county health dept

So young guy Christian finally comes up to help. I told him I want to order the cookie cake he asked what did we want so we told him and he asked the colors which I stated pink and purple. Now mind you upon him taking my order he was on his phone on FaceTime talking to whoever that was taking up his time. Now here we are with a messed up birthday cake for my daughter and colors all wrong! Thanks to Alana today 9/2 she is making sure she gets my daughter exactly what she wants! I appreciate her making sure she reached out to her team that is there today 9/2 to make sure everything is correct!! Customer service is big for me but if Christian is supposed to helping customers he needs to get it together because as assistant manager there is no way you half do your job. People pay too much money for disappointments!!

Insane. A phone called could have been made to let me know it was not ready at the pick up time especially since I arrived at the store at 2:30pm. And this is what I received 🫣
