She couldn’t speak English properly and had the nerve to be Very aggressive and rude! Ruined my son’s cake! Didn’t read the instructions, or just didn’t understand due to language barrier…wanted me to return cake to have it ( I definitely didn’t have the time to wait, which is why it was pre ordered) fixed instead of giving a credit for future purchases or even apologizing.
