I recently ordered a cookie cake for my highschool graduation. I ordered it from here because I had ordered cookie cakes from this specific location before, and they were absolutely beautiful. I had picked it up on thursday, and my graduation was on friday. I had my cookie cake for my guests on saturday at my graduation party, and when I opened the box and took the cookie cake out, everyone was completely disappointed and shocked. The cookie cake was as thin as a cracker and it didn't feed all of my guests. It looked like the cookie decoraters rushed putting on the frosting because it was missing frosting in some parts and it could have looked so much better for what I paid for it. It fell apart because it was so thin, and I spent $49 on it! I had emailed Great American Cookie A WEEK AGO and nobody has gotten back to me! I also sent a follow up email, and it looks like nobody is taking responsibility for this. I would like all of my money back, because this was an absolute disaster!!! ( It is now June 16th and nobody has gotten back to me yet!)
