I would like to take the moment to thank the staff for doing a wonderful job with my son’s birthday cake this past Sunday I spoke to a wonderful young lady on the phone. Everything that I asked for they did and everybody loved it. We drove from New Jersey there it was over an hour to get there and it was well worth it. Thank you so much, my family thinks this is the best place and always has been wish you were a little closer to South Jersey like you used to be but thank you for this location

Bought a custom cake for my wife. They helped us decided and icing while combining a couple of images for the birthday design. It is a beautiful cake that tastes amazing! Will be coming back for more sweet goodness and wonderful customer care!
Apr 3 · Fox BlackI have shown up to this location 2 hours before closing and in the middle of the day.. No matter when I show up they are limited on cookies and it will take 30 minutes to get the cookies ready. Whoever makes decisions here needs to be relieved of responsibility
May 22 · Andrew StephensCookies are really not that good at all and I would honestly prefer cheap cookies from the grocery store over these. Plenty of better places for dessert.Nice staff for what it's worth.
Mar 21 · Sean PatrickI’m not the type of person that always complain or write bad reviews but I had the worst experience at your store today. My daughter ordered a 21st Anniversary cake for me and my husband. She is away for college so I went to the store to pick it up. I sent my daughter a picture of the cookie cake and it was not the way she ordered it. Wrong color for the border but ok that’s fine but the writing was smeared. I went back to the store and told the guy the situation and the only response I got was “ The one that did your cake is new.. the other person already left” “ You can return the cookie cake and I will give you your money back. We will just throw it away and that’s all I could do”no apologies whatsoever.. no form of service recovery. I was not asking for a full refund with a free cookie. I just hope that it was handled a little better. Even if the guy just apologize and give me a free brownie, a scoop of ice cream, $2 off coupon or whatever.. it’s not about the value but just something small to show that you CARE about your customers. Any form of service recovery to make it up to your unhappy customer. That’s all. 😞
