I called Sunday morning to verify my pick up time. The lady on the phone did confirm and she said would have my cookie cake ready at 3:15. I show up around 3:30 to pick up my order and notice what appears to be my cake cut up into individual slices in the display window, I at first thought maybe they had to redo the cake. As I asked the young female for my order she gets a little card box and proceeds to gaslight me and tell me my order is down for the 18th. As I point to the display counter and ask her why my cake is cut into individual slices at this point she is on the phone with her manger. The girl comes back over and tells me that her manager forgot I called this morning 🤯. I don’t appreciate that I was accused of lying and that I had the wrong date when CLEARLY my cake was made and then cut up into little pieces for some reason. Your workers need to get it together and have better customer service. They ended up making me a new one hour after my daughter’s party, that my mother had to miss because she was waiting for the cake to be remade. I know things and mistakes happen but do better on your customer service.
