I went in for a torta with hotdogs eggs ham and bacon and I was up charged and top of it all I got no bacon. I went back and asked the really nice cashier how come I was up charged and not given my bacon and she just laughed and sheepishly said she was sorry. I asked how come I was up charged and she said she had a sign and I asked where was it and she said it comes up on her register. I asked if there was a visible sign for customers to see and be aware and she said there was no such sign. I even ate the whole torta thinking the bacon was at the end or something but sadly there was no bacon that I got charged for and then upcharged on top. What a Shame :(

Great Place nice and clean and great customer service love the way they decorated the place
Apr 5 · Ana garciaPicked up sandwiches for a work meeting and everyone loved 😍 them.Staff was very easy to accommodate a big order
Apr 15 · David van tholenBest breakfast sandwich in the city, hands down. It has to be the house made bread and fresh ingredients. They sell so many sandos that everything has to be fresh due to replenishing.I also love how many standard orders have pickled jalapeños without request.Building just sold so I hope the bakery powers through for a few more decades ❤️
Oct 31 · Mario SanchezI only go for the sandwiches. Turkey, egg and all the trimmings. Always delicious. I always save a half for later since I can never finish the whole thing at one time. Friendly service, great people
