What is Worth Choosing at Hansel & Gretel Bakery Cafe?

For anyone in the Gwinnett or Atlanta region seeking a truly special bakery experience, Hansel & Gretel Bakery Cafe offers several compelling reasons to choose them over the competition. The core value lies in their dedication to a light and balanced sweetness, which is a hallmark of many of their popular Korean-inspired desserts. The cakes are so cute. We order the sheep and the sleeping bear. I love the shape but not really care for the flavor and texture that much. It is jello soft and sticky at the same time. The lemon ginger honey tea was really good, better than other places that I tried in the past. Its a busy place since we went on the weekend, it is somewhat noisy but you still be able to engage in conversation with each other.

It was pretty crowded on Friday night as we went for night coffee with friends. It’s chill place to have conversations over a cup of coffee and desserts. They had nice section of desserts from handmade cookies to pastry slices. They also take orders for special occasion cakes made to order. I tried their Hansel sweet coffee which was nice but way too sweet for me. But overall it’s nice place to hangout and chill. One of our go to places for late night coffee dates

I came in hoping to enjoy a nice cup of coffee, some tiramisu, and get a little work done on my laptop. The coffee was good and the dessert was tasty, but unfortunately the atmosphere made it hard to stay. The music was overwhelming. One Adele song is fine, but playing the entire album on repeat felt excessive—it made it really hard to concentrate. Honestly, it started to feel less like background music and more like a distraction. If the shop balanced the playlist a bit more or kept the volume lower, this would be a wonderful spot to relax or get work done.

While visiting Georgia, my daughter insisted that we try this place, and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were amazed by the wide variety of delicious-looking items on display. There were so many treats to choose from — drinks, cookies, cakes, and pastries — that we spent quite a bit of time just admiring everything before finally placing our order. The presentation of each dessert was beautiful, and everything looked like it belonged in a magazine. We decided to try the Sleeping Teddy mousse cake, Berry Surprise, Strawberry Cake, a cake pop, Thai milk tea, and an iced mango berry drink. Each item had its own charm and flavor profile. The mousse cake was adorable and rich, and the Strawberry Cake was moist and flavorful. The cake pop was a fun little bite, perfect for a sweet craving. The iced mango berry drink was refreshing and fruity, great for a warm day. The Thai milk tea, while flavorful, was a bit too sweet for my personal taste. The Berry Surprise turned out to be more of a yogurt-filled dessert than I expected, but still enjoyable.Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would absolutely return the next time I'm in Georgia to try even more of their tempting offerings.
