You know I stop going here cause everytime I do my order never right. Today I decided to take my family there cause they ask. Said ok no problem. Placed my order. 3 breakfest sandwiches one with extra bacon. The other with egg whites and one with ketchep. Wasnt even busy at that time, i may add. Waited there. Picked it and went home. Open my bag. 2 of the 3 sandwiches I ordered were messed up. AGAIN. first off when u ask for extra bacon. It's extra cost, right? How the hell u charge someone extra and don't even add the extra bacon. 2 slices. All I got. That the freaking norm and yes u guys charge me a fee for EXTRA BACON. then the other one with egg whites. Didn't even get that right. I know u guys are busy in the morning I get it. But u have to make sure your customer gets their correct order. Now I can go there and make a fuss. But I'm over it. You will never see me again in that store. Which is a shame. People. Who read this. Make sure u get what u pay for. Check your receipts and your order. Do not be screwed over by their inconsistency. There was a good selection of flavors and the bagels were crusty outside, but soft and chewy inside. They had lots of cream cheese flavors and also had a non-dairy option. The service was quick and efficient.
May 9 · Stacey YonceLine was so long I figured this had to be a good spot. Took 30 minutes to order, but I was patient, I’ve been that kid at the register too. But Hopewell Hot Bagels? More like stale cold bagel, with egg that was cooked before I got here, cheese not even able to melt. I should have gotten a gas station SEC on a hard roll instead of wasting my time and money.
Oct 6 · Adele TheI really do like the egg sandwiches here and how the bagels taste but every single time I order just a simple bakers dozen of bagels they still manage to either give me someone else’s order entirely or there are things missing. At first I thought it was because maybe they were busy and I was ordering at peak hours (i worked in food service so I know in high stress situations mistakes can happen). So I try to order during the week at non peak hours to ensure that doesn’t happen and yet it still does. They don’t even answer the phone EVER when they’re open so I can’t even call to address to issue. Which to me not answering the phone at a bagel place is ridiculous. This has happened to me multiple times and I have not written a bad review but now it’s way too many times for me not to say anything. Sad to say I’m gonna find somewhere else to get bagels that can handle simple orders because this place clearly cannot.
