I received my cookies in the mail and the cookies were crumbled and broken. When I called Kelley’s Kookies and spoke to a customer service representative, she was very accommodating and sent me another order. This was not the fault of Kelley’s Kookies, but they took responsibility. My customer experience was excellent!!!!!

So I went back to the store and asked for a exchange and apparently I looked like someone who will steal cookies because one of the stuff opened the box in front of me and started counting how many cookies are in the box....I literally just brought the gift box 1 minute ago and the gift box is unopened! I understand they want to make sure the gift box is in its original form, but start counting in front of me especially to a customer who just bought it does not sound like a smart way....and I have been purchasing their gift boxes many times for my friends... don't think i want to go back anymore... plus I just looked at their unconditional guarantee statement, I assume even if I opened the gift box and ate a cookie I can still return it without someone open up the box and counting how many cookies left in the box... just made my day!
