Don’t ever buy from this location after 9pm. They gave me a box of very melted doughnuts and the bottom of the box is super wet to the point the doughnuts is about to fall through the bottom.They also didn’t give me a receipt for my purchase either. Very disappointed that I spent over $17 for a dozen doughnuts that I will have to throw away. Horrible quality. The entire exterior of the box is super sticky too.The guy said I’m going to give you a bag and didn’t ask me if I want one and still charged me 5 cents for it too. When I got home I know why he forced the bag on me because I wouldn’t had never taken this box of the worst doughnuts ever. He called this, you are getting fresh doughnuts.:(….
May 15 · Hai NguyenPrices are high and donuts aren't super fresh because they're not made at the location, but they were still tasty and they accepted my coupon from the Krispy Kreme email club which made them reasonably priced. The location is in a happenin' place that's quite walkable so parking is scarce. I parked down a side street a few blocks away.
Aug 29 · BrianWasn't greeted upon entering the store. Also, there was a black disgruntle employee talking rudely with a attitude to the cashier about something in reference to the donuts. Very rude and unprofessional. Especially since customers were present. Also, I placed my order online. And when u enter the shop there is a section labeled mobile online orders so I stood there about five minutes no employee ever came over there it wasn't until I address the Krispy Kreme worker as to ask where do I stand to pick up my order. He spoke and then said mmm hmm I'll be with you in just a second. I was given my order. However the two dozen donuts were sealed me trusting that my order would be correct. It had two donuts missing that showed available online. My thing is this, don't just put any donut in the box that i did not select without emailing or someone in the shop texting or calling me to tell me that the donuts I selected were not available although it said it was online. That's the customer service that I'm accustomed to receiving. They did no such thing. I would also like to add this was s my first time visiting this location. I do not believe I'll be returning nor recommend others to patronize this particular Krispy Kreme. Overall I'm dissatisfied with the lack of great customer service and two of my donuts not being in my box.
