I used to love coming to this donut place years ago, but from the service I recently received here I was very much convinced that I was right in not investing my money in a company whose employees cannot even offer common courtesy and costumer service in a friendly manner. I will never bring my child or her sister here again in the future based off the service received. They have lost a lifetime customer and I have no doubt I will find another place that will extend better service in the future.

I don’t even understand how high these guys had to have been. I went in there at night like at 10 pm. I told him I wanted a dozen. And I said how many I wanted of each. I don’t even understand what he was saying. He seemed like he wasn’t even on this planet. I ended up having to order more then I wanted cuz he somehow got my first order wrong.

Then I called the corporate office No attempt at customer service, no offer to fix the issue, just a refund thrown at me like that makes it right. If I wanted a refund, I wouldn’t have placed the order. I wanted what I paid for. And I get that places get scammed by people for free food, but you can see from the picture sent by the delivery driver that there’s clearly one dozen donuts in the bag. This Krispy Kreme clearly doesn't care about customers or follow-through. Also come on people. What reality do we spend over $30 on donuts and get treated like this? Do better.

The location on Bardstown is much better.They seem to prefer waiting on the door dashers they know over the customers that have been waiting the longest
