Today is the second time I’ve requested the hot light donuts and Corey (the store manager) was working the drive thru. Both times I requested that my donuts be put in a bag, due to him not having on gloves and due to me not wanting my donuts outside, but the first time he stated “You don’t get a bag for a free donut!” and today when I asked for him to put them in a bag he said “They free ma’am!” That is very unsanitary for him to be dealing with money, cards, touching surfaces, etc and to not wear gloves or put my free donut in a bag.
Sep 21 · CherryI have been in the Krispy Kreme before multiple times and usually get a ToGoodToGo order but today they didn't event post one so i went it 5 mins before close and ask if I can have the donuts they are throwing out so that they don't go to waste. They lady told me I should have just ordered there when it says on the app that none were sold today even though they had so many donuts left getting ready to throw away. I also think it's dumb I wanted donuts holes which they were completely full and I know they are supposed to give them out for free but if they are going to throw them in the trash does it really matter? I also would like to request that donut holes / dots are added to togoodtogo i rarely see anyone get them there and they always have so many left they throw away.
