Came in happy, finally after years of service haven’t been there in a while, I’m disabled marine veteran came to get some coffee for breakfast with my caregiver and my service dog, 1st. latte machine did not work 2nd. He gave 2 coffees, wore only 1 glove, grabbed my cup by the lid without a lid, touched all over the ends of the cup after touching all over the place where he worked at the cashier station, I called for a manager and he told me that he was a manager, which he lied for sure…where you drink with dirty hands and handed it over to me with disrespect, didn’t even bother to make it seemed like, never apologized even after confrontation, when been told to change the lid of the cup, he did the same thing what he did the first time on purpose with impudence. asked for a manager, he said “I’m a manager” with a smirk on his face, asked for a name since no one from the workers wore a badge on them, he gave me a fake name, because we asked the other employee he called him a different name, I will never come to this lying organization that is spreading a viruses on it’s clients that are paying their money for it. It is so disgusting!

We said it was worth the wait, they came out sooner and I danced a Happy donut dance of joy. Keeping the traditions going and smiles in the morning.
