Getting fresh donuts from here is like playing the lottery. I've gotten donuts from other KK locations that would stay good for at least 3 days. That's because I get them fresh and I know they're fresh because those locations were dine-in locations.This location is not a dine-in location. They mass-produce donuts to be distributed to local places like Kroger, Walmart, etc. They have 10 delivery trucks always parked there that they use to deliver the donuts.Because of this, it seems they have so many old donuts in stock that if you ordered donuts... it will probably be from a batch made 12 to 24 hours ago (or maybe longer).Where does the lottery part come in, you can order donuts and hope they one you get was recent compared to what they made have made earlier during the day or the day before.I ordered 2 dozen... the Passport to Italy dozen and the original glazed dozen. The original glazed dozen felt like it was a few hours fresh while the Italy dozen tasted like it was made a day or two earlier. I've gotten limited edition donuts from other locations and they remained fresh for at least 3 days.

They were not working the belt and claimed had just turned it off and all donuts were boxed. They didn't let us purchase what we went for. Harry Potter donuts are limited 2 per person. You will loose money with lazy people working here. That is one reason the other locations closed. I will think twice before driving from Mesquite.This is the 3rd time we get cold donuts. Not happy at all.

Less than 10min after they opened and the donuts I got were cold. It used to be that simple glazed donuts would be fresh, hot and melt in your mouth delicious. This was hardly the case. For the quality I should’ve just gone across the road for good fresh donuts and delicious cronuts instead. What a disappointment this was.
