Was unable to pull into the parking lot because a truck was blocking the entrance. Went through drive thru. Asked if they had the sorting hat doughnut. Was told yes. Asked if I could get 3. Then asked if they had maple. Was told yes. Ordered one of those. Ordered a pop, was told they don’t sell pop so asked for a bottled water. Don’t sell that either, even though both things are on the menu. Pull around, the guy tells me the total, I hand him the card and he hand me a box and a bag and then my card not saying anything at all. I say is that everything and he says yes. I say well have a great day… no reply at all. I pull away and my mom has a chocolate doughnut and I have 3 slitheran doughnuts. Not what we asked for. Terrible service and truck blocking the exits and entrances.

Sep 24 · Brandon H.I tried to use the drive through at this location earlier today. There wasn’t a line and they weren’t very busy at 10:30am. Unfortunately the staff member taking my order was confused and it was a simple order. I ordered 1 dozen assorted donuts with 6 hot now traditional glazed and 6 specialty donuts. 4 large black coffees. She didn’t know what a black coffee was or what the Hot Now’s were? We pulled up and they tried to charge me $42.00… A dozen donuts is $17.49 and a large coffee is 2.99 you do the math and it’s not $42.00. I realize these kids don’t get paid much but they are still there to do a job. We drove away because they 3 staff members seemed overwhelmed with a simple donut shop order.Thanks

I ordered cream filled donuts and asked for the ones in the case that looked fresher than the ones she was pulling off the trays behind her. She refused to give me the ones I wanted and said she guaranteed me the donuts she was giving me were fresh. They were not!!! On top of them being hard and dried out, they had custard and not cream inside. 😡 $18 for one dozen donuts with poor service and terrible donuts! I will not be going back here anytime soon! Very disappointing and costly for terrible experience!
