I bought the Harry Potter sorting hat donut and received the color purple. I told the staff that the color should have been one of the colors of the Hogwarts houses: red, blue, green, or yellow. Instead, I clearly got the color purple. The staff member said that they don’t make the donuts so there is nothing she can do. I was hoping she would give me another donut since the one I got was a mess up and she made me pay for a second one. I called the manager and all she said I can do it come in person for my refund (I live far away from this shop) or get a free donut when I go back to that particular shop (the likelihood is low especially with those staff members)… Very very disappointing. This was my first time at Krispy Kreme and the staff here tainted its reputation for me. Like why can’t I get a free donut at another location? Or get a refund over the phone? Something is very off…

Jul 26 · Alyssa FerraroI’m never in Tampa and happened to be out there for work on my way back to work which is an hour from this shop I decided to get a dozen plain donuts for my coworkers and ONE jelly filled donut for myself I drive the hour back only to find out the gave me a blueberry donut which I don’t even like can’t get a refund or another donut because I live 2 hours away so the one and only time I’ve ever stepped foot into Krispy Kreme donuts shop and they get my order wrong I mean it was literally ONE donut and there wasn’t a single other customer in the store or drive thru I was the sole person so disappointed
