Went in around 10am 08/18/2025 for specialty doughnuts. They were out for the day. Understandable and not the issue. The manager was VERY rude and curt. He was busy opening a package that was just delivered, barely answered me; didn’t even bother to look up while he was speaking to me. I asked another question and he flat out ignored me. Even another customer that was grabbing a seat was looking on in disbelief. I was going to make another purchase but I immediately left. In a leadership role; you should be setting the tone for the rest of the staff. Very unprofessional and lacking in customer service.

One glaze was OK was from today. However, the other glaze and the chocolate were at least a day old. The lady conveniently did not give me a receipt so makes me wonder if she went overpriced me because it was over six dollars for three donuts Which seems really high so now I’ve wasted my money on donuts. I can’t eat. I will not be returning to this place ever again, I never had an issue with Krispy Kreme until today. Very disappointing!
