Got practically scammed from this location for the donuts I ordered. They claimed they were out of the Gryffindor donuts then the people behind me in line got one and I was still told I couldn’t have one. Got a Hufflepuff donut that was supposed to have a toffee filling and instead just had a normal cream filling. Ordered 2 sorting hat donuts, one of which ended up being the completely wrong donut in the box and the one correct donut that is supposed to have a colored filling just had the basic cream filling. The entire point of paying more for these donuts was to have the colored filling yet that didn’t happen. Absolutely scammed out of money, and doubt I will hear anything back from the report I filed on the support website.

Sep 7 · Timothy BI went to the location in Greensboro Friday while visiting there for the day, and had the MOST amazing drink. It was the Iced Brown Butter Toffee Latte! It was so delicious that I didn't even care about the donuts honestly. So Saturday I had to go to Durham and knew I would pass the exit for the Person location. I checked the app prior to leaving home, in Clayton to make sure that they had the same drink. The app showed me that I could place an order for that same drink at the Person location, So I head there and to my dismay it was NOT on the menu and the employee told they did not have that drink. When I got to the window I showed her where it showed me that they had that drink at there location. She shrugged and said that the app does that, but they never received the drink. I said well they should fix that, because I drove here from Clayton only for that drink, not even the donuts. Which I did end up ordering because I did not want it to be a wasted trip and the Hot sign was on. Guess what, we did not get hot donuts. Sigh..... Krispy Kreme DO BETTER!!!!!

We waited for over an hour and a half to get a hot dozen and the glaze donuts in the assorted were not fresh at all and THE APP WOULDN'T WORK. I did call a let a manager know but they were so busy. I am saying something now because the APP still doesn't work!!! Krispy Kreme needs to work on operations and stop putting this on their workers to deal with. The manager was very sweet bust sounded defeated and overwhelmed through her response. Fix the APP so that can alleviate time spend in store discussing the app. Employees should not have to spend 5 minutes or more explaining the app which makes the Service experience go down!! Fix the APP!!!!DON'T RESPOND WITH SOME GENERIC RESPONSE.FIX THE APP SO YOUR STORES CAN DEAL WITH IN STORE ISSUES.SUPPORT YOUR STORES WHEN YOU MARKET A DONUT IN HIGH DEMAND.FIX THE APP!!!
