When I pull around and reminded her that I'm redeeming my offer, she said she needed a barcode and for me to order online. Only partially true. I needed to download the app so I pulled over and downloaded the app for her to be able to scan my barcode. When I got back in line to order, she was audibly annoyed and told me to come to the window. I asked the employee if the other lady was the manager because her attitude was terrible. She said yes and that they receive many complaints regarding her attitude. She does not need to interact with customers with that attitude.

As I pull up to the ordering window, the woman at the speaker said, "what can I get". I asked if they had 2 donuts and she said "we out of everything"... She said this with such an attitude. I understand they didn't have donuts, although I think it's a little ridiculous that a donut franchise doesn't have donuts. The attitude on this employee was unacceptable and sad that someone can be so miserable, when I should be the upset one.. I simply took my purchase elsewhere that also closed at 10:00 but still were able to service me.
