My order was delivered and the Donuts where Ok but they didn't taste as fresh as I would have liked them especially since it was so early in the morning, and my house is only 10 mins away also I ordered a blueberry doughnut and I guess it wasn't in stock, However I wasn't notified and they substituted it for another cinnamon doughnut, which was fine.

My wife drove to the store, and the girl behind the counter couldn't even find the order. Call the manager over, and he said that the order was canceled. My wife asked why was it canceled and why was she not notified.Apparently, that is the policy: if you place an order, they do not actually set it aside at the time you place the order. They only look at the order about 15 minutes before the pickup time on the order; if they no longer have those donuts available, they cancel the order. (Feels like the Seinfeld rental car: they can TAKE a reservation; they just won't HOLD the reservation!) The manager said that my wife should have received an email about it. (Because apparently phones are not a thing!). She told him that she was already driving over there (a half hour drive, so when the order was canceled, she was already halfway there), and was not checking her email while driving.To add insult to injury, not only was no apology or compensation offered, but when my wife got her other order - two chocolate custard donuts (with Boston cream in the middle) - they put one custard-filled and one icing-filled. They couldn't even get a basic order like that correct.This is the last time we go to the Winter Park one. The one near Mall of Millenia has never given us any problems like this.

I placed my order online at 5:30 in the morning for a special Harry Potter promotion to pick up at my convenience, as the app told me. Because of my job, I could only put it at 11 am, expecting my order to be there ready for pickup. When I looked for it, they told me it wasn’t there because there was a high demand for the promotion. I asked myself, “If I got up early to grab my order online, pay for it, and pick it up at my convenience, why wasn’t it there?” The store told me I had to pick it up at 6 am, but the app never told me that.My order definitely had to wait there for me!
