Lack of communication and they simply don't care about customer experience. This location ended a promoted limited time item one day early, while keeping the item still available to order at their location on the app. Rather than canceling the order when trying to fulfill the order since they don't have the item, they swapped it for something else without telling me, and simply handed me the sealed box when I picked it up. Good thing I checked before leaving, and that's when they told me they ended it one day earlier than advertised. I returned the donuts and got my refund, but wasted my time and gas.

Woman at the window was complaining and cursing about having to box my donuts and then yelled at me for ordering 4 dozen after I paid. Looks like several other people have had similar experiences at this location so not sure leaving this feedback is worth much. Can’t believe I just spent over $60 to be scolded!

When I arrived, they were almost out of the jelly filled donuts I came to get. They only had 4 of them available and I wanted 6. They had some premade orders on the counter and looked to see if they could find a couple in those for me but were not able to. But we’re thoughtful enough to try to fill my order. My sister was in the hospital and those are her favorites and I wanted to take them to her. I did not tell them why I wanted them until after this took place though. They went above and beyond without knowing the situation!!! Thank you!!!!!!
