I have to admit, I don't go much to Krispy Kreme. I'm more of a Dunkin Donuts man, but with their Harry Potter collaboration, I had to place the pickup order online at around 2am (since it's always unavailable on the website) to get a dozen to bring home for the family. Came here for 3 original glazed and was so disappointed. All 3 donuts felt like the gooey ones you can get at Publix when you don’t drive to Krispy Kreme. I don’t mind that they aren’t hot and ready but freshness should never be sacrificed. This is the only terrible experience I’ve ever had eating a Krispy Kreme doughnut, so bad it deserved a review.

Staff doesn't care, so neither should the customers that come here. GO TO ANOTHER STORE! Waited in line infront of 3 cars for 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. LAST TIME EVER!!
