These people couldn’t get your order straight, if you put a gun to their heads!!!! Overpriced for food that’s less than mediocre. I even saw a man removing brown bags filled with bagels out of his trunk and placing them on the floor outside. About to bring them inside to sell. Unbelievable. When I called to speak to a manager, I was told there was none. So I asked when will he/she be there. Not one straight answer. Time to cancel this place. Zero stars.

This particular time I noticed the staff asked 2 women what their orders were, they checked on the orders, & soon after the orders were ready. One of the women ordered right before me. So I figured mine should be next. I asked for the status of my order and was told “it’s coming”. I can tell it from where the ticket was & her reaction that they didn’t even start my order (a simple omelette platter). During this time I also noticed that ppl who ordered after me received their food (all “lighter” toned ppl). After looking at the time & realizing that I had been waiting for probably 30 mins and that my order was being neglected, I left. I will never return to this establishment again & I hope others refrain frm supporting this place
