Why La Union Bakery is Worth Choosing for Florida Residents

In the competitive culinary landscape of South Florida, La Union Bakery distinguishes itself not only as a bakery but as an essential destination for anyone seeking authentic Mexican food. The commitment to genuine, time-honored recipes is evident in every dish, from the slow-cooked meats in their burritos to the perfect balance of sweetness and moisture in their Tres Leches. This dedication to authenticity is often praised by long-time customers who consistently point to the quality as a reason for their decade-long loyalty. As one local enthusiastically stated, "I’ve been coming here for a decade!! Never fails to be a great meal. Whether it’s the tacos or the huevous a la Mexicana it’s true Authentic Mexican food. I’ve ordered take out as well as eaten in. 5+ stars."

The bakery’s dual identity as a full-service restaurant and a specialty bakery is its greatest strength. Where else can a Florida resident find a traditional Mexican breakfast, a complete lunch of Quesabirrias or Fajitas, and a dessert of Flan or a fresh pastry all in one convenient, accessible location? It offers a versatile dining experience—ideal for a family dinner, a casual lunch, or simply picking up an unparalleled dessert for a special occasion. For those seeking the kind of authentic experience that can be hard to find, another customer noted, "Cheap, small, and the whole staff doesn’t speak English, so you know the food was gonna be good!"—a common local sentiment that signals the truly traditional, non-Americanized quality of the cuisine.

Ultimately, choosing La Union Bakery means supporting a local, professional establishment in Coral Springs that provides exceptional value, a wide range of services (including delivery and dine-in), and an unwavering commitment to authentic Mexican flavors. For Floridians, it is a convenient, delicious, and culturally rich alternative to chain restaurants, guaranteeing a satisfying meal every time. Whether you're planning your next breakfast with an order of Huevos Con Chorizo or picking up a batch of their famous pastries, La Union Bakery remains a must-visit local favorite in South Florida.

Someone told me about this place. Cheap, small, and the whole staff doesn’t speak English, so you know the food was gonna be good! I went here and ordered a burrito with Barbacoa and Horchata and it was incredible! Already planning my next time going for breakfast!

Came here today for light bite for lunch with my friend for my birthday. We both ordered tacos. She got one chicken taco and i got two Asad tacos. I also ordered a small horchata to sip on. I was looking for a great place to enjoy mexican food and saw this place had great reviews. Also it was highly recommended by my friend who enjoys coming here for the famous trés leches. That later she ended up ordering for me to try. We both really enjoyed our tacos a lot. Love that you get the best flavor when it’s the protein with some onions and some cilantro and a side of limes for a little zesty kick! The trés leches was nice definitely different than what I’ve tried. I’ve never had it with what I believe was some kind of strawberry filling if im not mistaken. I also liked the horchata but wish it had more ice stirred better because I can really taste the cinnamon in each sip which isn’t too fun. It’s a hole in the wall bakery that serves sweets and savory bites. Definitely will be back and recommend people to try.
