Features / Highlights

The reputation of Le Rêve is built on several standout products and unique aspects that draw dessert enthusiasts from across Texas. From viral sensations to classic French staples, the menu has numerous celebrated offerings:

  • Artisanal Gelato and Sorbet: Crafted from scratch using fresh ingredients, the gelato is lauded for being rich, creamy, and less sweet than traditional ice cream. Highlighted flavors often include Vietnamese Coffee, Crème Brûlée, Pistachio, Lavender, and Indonesian Vanilla. They also offer refreshing sorbet options like Passionfruit.
  • Visually Stunning Pastries and Gateaux: Le Rêve is famous for its intricate, mirror-glazed, individual-serving pastries that look like jewels. Favorite items include the colorful "Fleur" series (Lemon, Raspberry, Vanille, Mocha Caramel) and the "Cœur" series (Strawberry, Coconut), which consistently receive praise for both presentation and flavor complexity.
  • Viral Croissant Creations: The bakery is a hotspot for trendy European baked goods, specifically the highly sought-after Spiral Croissant (sometimes referred to as the Supreme Croissant or Circle Croissant). These large, creamy, and flavorful treats, often filled with flavors like pistachio or passionfruit raspberry, are an undeniable draw and often sell out quickly.
  • Signature Macarons: The founder, Andy Pham, began his journey perfecting his macaron recipe in high school. His macarons are noted for being lighter, having an excellent texture, and being "not as sweet" as many competitors. The flavors are frequently rotated, featuring beautiful colorings and delicate designs.
  • Exceptional Classic Croissants: Beyond the trendy shapes, the traditional croissants, such as the Almond Croissant and the Ham and Cheese Croissant, are highly celebrated by customers, with some claiming they "rival those found in Paris" for their buttery, flaky texture.
  • Gluten-Free Options: The shop makes an effort to cater to different dietary needs, with customers noting the availability of delicious gluten-free desserts, such as the Dragonfruit Cake, which is often described as refreshing and flavorful with actual GF cake included.
  • Specialty Coffee & Espresso: To perfectly complement the pastries, Le Rêve serves high-quality espresso and coffee drinks, including cappuccinos and caramel lattes, which are highly praised by customers for their bold flavor.

The shop excels in creating sophisticated desserts that blend textures and balanced sweetness, making them memorable and worth the visit from anywhere in the Texas region.

For a true taste of their artistry, you must try one of their signature sculpted desserts. The Blueberry Cheesecake, for instance, is highly recommended by customers for its delightful blend of textures and well-balanced flavors, described as a "creamy texture" with a "perfectly baked tart." This showcase item perfectly illustrates the bakery's commitment to visual appeal combined with high quality.

Another highly celebrated choice is anything from their croissant line. However, do not overlook the classic options; the Almond Croissant is frequently dubbed "the best we ever had" by patrons.

Finally, a visit would be incomplete without sampling the homemade gelato. The Crème Brûlée and Vietnamese Coffee flavors are innovative takes on classic desserts, offering a smooth, creamy texture and bold, memorable flavors. Pair any of the desserts with a freshly made coffee or espresso drink to round out your "dream" indulgence. Whether you are looking for an everyday treat or a special occasion centerpiece, Le Rêve Gelato & Patisserie is a Dallas destination that consistently delivers a touch of European elegance to the Lone Star State.

My friend really loves this place and recommended we stop by!I only got two desserts. The blueberry cheese cake was excellent! I'm not the biggest cheesecake fan, but the textures was delightful and the flavors were balanced. The L'Orange was good too, but I don't think I'd get it again. The orange flavor didn't really come through, and I was hoping the exterior shell was thicker for that satisfaction when you first bite in.There is some space inside as well as a patio, and plenty of parking.I did check my receipt after I left, and I was charged the wrong item that was also more expensive than what I originally purchased though.. the price different doesn't really matter but that's just a small piece of feedback I have

Amazingly looking desert and so delicious 😋 Take a look at the pictures, that will tell you all you need to know. We tried 4 pastries and chocolate ice cream and cappuccino and it was all really tasty. Side note, they rotate their pastries so you get fresh stuff and great variety. Take a look at the pictures on here to see what’s inside of the pastries for ideas! I highly recommend this place!

Gelato was awesome. We had the hazelnut and earl grey. I hope to see Matcha one day in the future... The croissants were just ok in my opinion. They loaded up with the fillings, but my croissants were more stale than flaky.

What a cute patisserie! The store was bright, beautiful and has a great atmosphere.Even though I arrives at 430 on a Sunday, there was still plenty of selection to choose fromI ordered their cherry mousse that was light and had a cherry jelly filling with a delicious bromine underneath.Their vanilla macaron was great and had a great texture.Their amaretto Gelato was tasty as well paired with a caramel latte.I very much liked all their items and cannot wait to come back to try their tarts, croissants, and deletables.

If you have a serious sweet tooth like me, Le Rêve is an absolute must-visit! From the moment I walked in, I was enchanted by the elegant yet cozy atmosphere, but the real magic happened when I took my first bite of their desserts.Every creation was a masterpiece—rich, decadent, and beautifully balanced in flavor.
