Gizzada, Gizzarda or “Pinch me round” are a common snack in Jamaica of Portuguese origin. They’re usually the size of your palm. It consists of a circular pastry shell hand formed by a series of pinches filled with what you could call coconut “jam”. These pop tarts are filled with a beetroot tinted coconut jam and finished with a ginger glaze and toasted coconut. Allergen: Wheat
