I really want to like this spot, it's not far from my house, so I get to get some exercise in by walking instead of driving. BUT, the customer service is good. However, an underlying tone permeates the place. On more than 3 occasions, I've ordered sandwiches 🥪 that's sound delicious, and as I've had my mind and stomach prepared, I was highly disappointed.It's Un-American to charge me $8 plus dollars for a pastrami egg and cheese sandwich. And you put 1, ONE freaking slice of pastrami on the dang sandwich. At first, I thought it was an oversight. Maybe they're rushed or overwhelmed. But nope. It happened on more than 3 occasions.Listen my cuteness, melanin, humor, nor military 🪖 status (Proud Veteran of 2 branches) should NOT be the criteria for whether or not you're gonna be honest with me and give me what I just paid you for in good measure!!!That just chaps my butt.I don't know if this atmosphere of that is from the staff or from management. And, I have too many important things in my life to have to worry about, than if today is the day I'm gonna be cheated and my stomach disappointed. 🤔☹️But, I'm done giving chances, and I wish Manhattan Bagel 🥯 luck in this new F.A.F.O. TL;DR - Disappointing. I'm out.The new owners and workers are decent enough people but they have screwed up my last 3 orders so I'm out. I used to go religiously for the old owners. And man, they were busy. All the time. They were easy orders, too. It's not hard to make a pork roll, egg, and cheese, but somehow these good people do it every time. The crazy part is the last two times they ADDED weird spreads. This past time they left out cheese...crazy. The worst part is that it wasn't busy. Any of the times. This time, it was literally just me picking up an order on a slow Sunday morning. Probably had 3 other call-ins/online orders. Simply put - unacceptable. It's a shame when new owners come in and the quality goes to hell. I'll be going to another spot a little further away instead. Good luck yall!

Both places are very consistent, and the staff is friendly and reasonable! The coffee is also decent.Moorestown has limited space and is mainly for takeout, while Cherry Hill offers a nice area to sit, eat, and chat!
