This establishment is far more than just a typical bakery; it’s a vibrant, community-focused combination of a traditional Colombian panadería (bakery), pastelería (cake shop), and a casual diner. We are from Miami and our most of our friends are Colombians. This place has the best pan de bono in Tampa Bay and probably all of Tampa, if not all of central Florida. The prices are straight from the late 80's. This is part of the bakeries je ne sais quoi as the flavors are bold and opinionated but prices are very humble. The coffee is solid, too. They have a great machine behind the bakery glass that's properly operated and makes really, really good espresso that makes even better cafe con leche. We are here at least once a week, primarily on weekends... the kids love the bread and the empanadas that come with picante. They have a strong picante game.
