The secret to their perfection is no secret. Like all of our products, it starts with the quality of a few simple ingredients. In this case, the foundation is the triumvirate of Straus family creamery organic heavy cream, whole milk, and butter. The other key ingredient is evaporated cane juice instead of refined white sugar. We love the amber molasses flavor. Most importantly, we cook the caramel to exactly 248 degrees.
