First time in this store, we were excited to try after my daughter experienced her first day of school. But Buyer Beware! As excited as my daughter was to find a Labubu, that quickly changed. This store is selling Labubu mystery boxes for $25, but the are FAKE!!

About and visit notes
For residents of the Tampa area looking for a unique twist on classic comfort foods, Mochinut Citrus Park offers an exciting fusion experience. Perfectly situated to serve the local community, this shop specializes in a delightful trio of treats: the viral sensation of mochi donuts, savory and customizable Korean rice hotdogs (or K-Dogs), and a refreshing selection of Boba Drinks. It's more than just a donut shop; it’s a modern, vibrant destination for a quick visit or a casual dessert outing that offers something satisfying for both a sweet tooth and a savory craving.
This establishment has quickly become a local favorite for those seeking desserts that are lighter, chewier, and distinctly different from traditional American pastries. By blending the chewy texture of Japanese mochi—a rice cake made from glutinous rice flour—with the classic ring shape of an American donut, Mochinut delivers a uniquely textured treat that’s both light on the palate and addictive to eat. Whether you’re grabbing a box for the family, satisfying a late-afternoon craving, or looking for a fun spot to meet friends, Mochinut Citrus Park is a must-visit local gem in the Florida culinary scene.
The shop’s commitment to rotating flavors ensures there's always something new to try, keeping the experience fresh for regular customers. Beyond the famed mochi donuts, the robust menu of Korean rice hotdogs—skewered, battered, and deep-fried savory sticks that can include fillings like all-beef sausage, mozzarella cheese, or a half-and-half combination—provides a perfect counterbalance to the sweet offerings. This unique concept caters to diverse cravings, making it a complete destination for a fun snack experience.

What truly makes Mochinut Citrus Park a standout choice for the Florida resident is its successful, delicious fusion of flavors and textures, bridging East Asian and American food cultures in a fun, accessible way. It offers a unique culinary experience you simply can’t find at a traditional bakery or fast-food spot.
The Mochinut itself is the undeniable star. Unlike heavy, cakey, or yeast-raised donuts, the use of rice flour creates a light, slightly sweet dough that is fried to a perfect crispness and glazed in rotating, imaginative flavors. The unique ring shape, composed of eight small, pull-apart balls, makes them incredibly fun to eat and easy to share. Beyond the sweets, the variety of Korean Rice Hotdogs is a game-changer. These aren't just corn dogs; they are crispy, savory masterpieces. The ability to choose between an all-beef sausage, 100% mozzarella, or the best-of-both-worlds "Half & Half" filling, then customize the crispy, savory batter with toppings like Potato cubes, Crispy Ramen noodles, or spicy Hot Cheetos and Blue Takis, offers an unparalleled, customizable street-food experience right here in Tampa. Favorites like the Potato Half & Half and the spicy varieties are often highlighted by local reviewers as must-try menu items.
Finally, the shop’s diverse drink selection, particularly the specialty Boba Drinks, is an excellent reason to visit. You can pair your chewy donut with a creamy Thai Milk Tea, a rich Brown Sugar boba, or a refreshing Lemon Sparkling Tea. This full-service menu—sweet, savory, and beverage—makes Mochinut Citrus Park an ideal destination for any time of the day. For a truly satisfying experience in Tampa that offers an enjoyable blend of sweet treats, crunchy savory snacks, and friendly service, Mochinut Citrus Park is the clear choice.

Definitely a cool little spot. They offer “donuts” they are not your classic style of donut but they are good not super sweet but still delicious. They also offer a variety of different corn dogs and drinks. Would love to come back and try some different menu items!
Dec 13 · Joseph DuranAs a healthy conscious mom that i try to be. i can't justify either the price and the lack of nutrition of these type of foods. And if you want Boba tea, at least have the Boba included in the price. But , no, you have to pay it as an extra !!! Im sorry not today. Is like I want pizza, but I have to pay extra for the cheese. Then the "dubai" chocolate is just Nutela. Just call it for what it is. I don't like being misled.
Jul 27 · A. ZamoraSecond time going to Mochinut with my family. We ordered two mozzarella potato corn dogs and one mozzarella sweet potato corn dog, we also ordered the brown sugar boba tea and and two taro boba teas. Everything that we ordered was so good. The service is great.
Feb 4 · Jessica ColonMy first time trying these was yesterday. Mango Grapefruit. Oreo. Milk Buuble. Also got a MochiBall. Mango.Oh. My. Gosh. These were so good. The Mango one was, is, my fave.I HAD to try the Brown Sugar boba. Not a Boba fan but this was good. Sweet but good.We went back today and got more 🙃Next visit will be the Flaming Hot Cheeto DogUPDATE: Next visit happened (Aug 31) and the Hot Cheeto ½ & ½ happened. Half hotdog half cheese. Also got the potato cheese stick and the half and half crunchy ramen.Hot Cheeto wins! So so good. 🤤 Not spicy like the Cheetos themselves. The cheese half was better than the hotdog half. I’m picket about hotdogs. It had a smokey flavoring. Not sure the brand. Same with the ramen. Cheese was best and the ramen was crunchy. Just rolled in uncooked ramen? I don’t know. I never ate it that way 🤷🏼♀️ Had a bite of the potato one as that was my friends and it was good. She got all cheese. Also got the grapefruit orange tea? Couldn’t really taste the grapefruit but it was really good and hit the spot. I would definitely get that again.Only been 2x and staff has been wonderful. It could be dangerous that this location is so close to
