About and visit notes

Hello, Georgia neighbors! If you’re looking to explore the vibrant and delicious intersection of European and Asian baking traditions, you must discover Mozart Bakery. Located right on the iconic Buford Highway in the Atlanta area, this establishment is more than just a place to buy a sweet treat; it is a full-service Korean-style bakery and cafe that provides a spacious, comfortable environment for dining, working, or catching up with friends. Mozart Bakery has established itself as a true local favorite, celebrated for its artistic cakes, unique pastries, and an exceptionally diverse beverage menu.

Mozart Bakery prides itself on offering an authentic 'K-Bakery Experience,' where traditional Korean favorites blend seamlessly with French and continental European pastry techniques. The result is a showcase of delicate, handmade goods—from soft, cream-filled breads to elaborate mousse cakes and fruit tarts. Unlike some bakeries that focus solely on retail, Mozart Bakery functions as a true cafe, offering amenities like Wi-Fi and plenty of seating, making it a valuable resource for the community looking for a clean, quiet space to relax or work. Customers frequently praise the expansive selection and the quality of their coffee offerings, particularly the Iced Americano.

The bakery’s location on Buford Highway places it within one of Atlanta's most celebrated food corridors, drawing patrons eager for authentic international flavors. This Korean-style bakery offers a distinctly different experience from the typical American bakery, often favoring lighter, fresh whipped creams, less-sweet flavor profiles, and traditional Asian ingredients like red bean and sweet potato in their creations. This unique approach is precisely why many Georgia residents consider Mozart Bakery a must-visit spot for specialty desserts and coffee.

The primary draw is the authentic Korean pastries and Bingsu. These items are a specialty and a cultural delight that sets Mozart apart. We highly recommend trying the classic Red Bean Bread or a Fresh Cream Soboro. For a full dessert experience, the seasonal Bingsu is a must-try; the Mango Cheesecake or Redbean Multigrain Bingsu are fantastic for sharing. Korean style bakery on Buford Highway! The perfect place to enjoy fun pastries and drinks while catching up with friends! Keep in mind that if you order the goldfish there is a bit of a wait, but they make it fresh!

It was a typical cafe bakery. It was a clean and quiet cafe because, I think, of a locational reason. There were bakeries. But, I only liked the iced Americano which was good, and the clean and spacious cafe. The most of the chairs are very worn out, but the tables are good. I wanted the interior chairs to be as good as their tables.I think it's a good cafe to come when you have something to do while drinking a cup of coffee quietly.

We came in one night after dinner craving some custard filled waffle fish. Unfortunately, while the establishment was not busy, we waited extremely long for them so the craving fizzled. On top of it, once they came out, there was almost NO filling in any of them. Disappointed, we trashed them and left.

I had high hopes for this cafe as I've been to the location in Duluth. However, I did not enjoy my drink. The Hawaiian macademia latte was overpowering in coffee and had a sticky or artificial syrup taste. This type of loud atmosphere is not my cup of tea. Not only was it very busy with lots of chatter, they blast the music pretty loud to the point I can hear it over my headphones. There's also not that many outlets. I only found one right by the door to the left where you collect your drinks. I saw another by the couches on the fair end but it has the lights plugged in.Parking is very small and cramped. It's not very convenient, but you might be able to luck out and find a spot in the tight lot.

I absolutely love their pastries and matcha — both are consistently excellent and reasonably priced. This café offers the best environment for studying or getting busy work done. While I enjoy going to cafés in general, most are either too loud or overly crowded when I need to focus. This place is different — it's calm, welcoming, and truly ideal for productivity. It deserves all the business because it’s such an amazing spot to hang out, study, and relax. The staff is always sweet, welcoming, and patient. They consistently make my drinks look beautiful, and they taste just as good as they look. The pastries are light, not overly sweet, and perfectly enjoyable.
