Those are pluses.But my order keeps being wrong. I ordered two bagel sandwiches last week and both were missing the meat that goes in them. This is twice in less than two months. The staff might be overwhelmed? Poorly paid? Certainly too busy to answer the phone when I called. Those are negatives.The corporate folks have replied to my complaints on their website and offered to refund my money if I jumped threw their hoops to join their rewards program to get a refund. That's both too odd and too much trouble. I didn't keep my receipt or open up my sandwiches before I left the shop so I guess it is my fault for expecting accuracy. That's a drawSo…how many more chances do I give a business that has gotten two out of three recent orders wrong?I think I know my answer.
