I just visited this bakery/restaurant that relocated from W Daugherty Rd about 2 wks ago. It's much bigger so they can now offer more goodies. I got a café con Leche ( yum) and a few pastries. They had a lot to choose from. The quesito was nice, fresh & the size was quite satisfying. So good😋.They have pineapple turnovers, which for some reason are hard to find around these parts. It's a staple in PR so I was glad this deliciousness is offered, among so many others. I also got a guava puff pastry for my husband, his favorite, which I don't doubt he'lllove. The employees are bilingual & very nice. Their hot lunch varieties looked fresh & tasty. I asked if they do catering & it was resounding "Yes".I'll definitely be calling them for my next family gathering. If you're in the area please don't miss out on this little piece of tummy goodness. You won't regret it.
Aug 12 · Nancy AdornoThey had the best Chicken Soup and Dessert. Brought this cute Puerto Rican Flag Decorated little Cake 🎂 and was super Yummy.
Aug 15 · Maggie SantanaWe walked in to an empty place as first time customer. No one was there except for employees. The selection is very poor. Fancy fruit or Santiago’s market have 3x as much. X Small section to choose from and what was there look unappealing to the eye. I ask the girl few questions about the food and everything was “ I don’t know “ if you dont know, who does! I went the safe route and order a tripleta sandwich. Worst mistake!! The store being me the only customer took them 20 mins to make the worst tripleta that I ever have had in my life. I threw it in the garbage. The only thing of the tripleta was the bread. I would had bought bread only and had called it a win but I lost money with the tripleta. Also they all seem like they hated working there. Either train your employees or close the shop. I’m never ever going back there.
Sep 9 · Bratgirl GothamReally wanted to like this place, especially since they moved to a new location with better parking. Unfortunately I can’t justify waiting 45 for 3 breakfast sandwiches. I’ve been 3-4 times and the service just got slower and slower.
