This has been a lowkey spot I found out about last year, and when I say this is my favorite panaderia in DFW, I mean it and decided not to gatekeep anymore... You're welcome. I love the quality and their variety, this place never disappoints, especially their Tres Leches cakes on birthdays. These pictures do NOT do them justice, you gotta just go for yourself and try them!

Irving has GOOD Panaderías but Ahualulco is my favorite because every time I've stopped by, their bread has been fresh and the flavors are perfect. It's hard to describe what each piece of bread is supposed to taste like, but this place gets it right! Skip the baking once in a while and get some of their Pan Dulce to go with your morning coffee or whenever you please ❣️

1st time giving this place a try and was beyond satisfied. This place is very small, but from the churro to the yummy desserts, this place was everything. If you're looking for a place to grab a sweet treat, I would give this a try. We will be coming back the next time we are in Dallas.

First and Foremost:I search in every city for Mexican sweet bread. The service was fine. The young girl who helped, did a great job, so no complaints there.Regarding the Food:— To much dough to mask the fact there is no cream in the middle— It did not taste authentic, more like a croissant— Out of the four that I purchased 1-dry, 1-no cream, 1-hard, 1-sour cream taste— All to much breadCost:— Based on the many cities I have been to from LA – Chi – NY, this was the most expensive in comparison to others. In my further opinion, I did not walk in and smell the wonderful smell I normally get when I walk in. It always places a smile on my face.Smile is gone.
