My friend told me about the Pacific French Bakery, and I am so grateful for the tip. The variety of breads and treats here is amazing, and the prices are unbelievable. I can totally understand the long lines of local customers. That's when you know the food is authentic and there's fantastic value. Woops...sorry for letting out this secret and making the lines even longer.First off, the french rolls are a must! If you want the truly authentic experience, then you have to try their some of their pan dulce dipped in coffee. Simply perfect match. I especially like the gusano and pirujo with some coffee. Can't wait to try some more items soon.

The best Bollilos in LA hands down. Don’t waste your time trying the bread at any of the other bakeries because it won’t hold a candle to pacifics. A crisp crackle in the crust with a soft middle. Whenever I’m close, I stop for some wonderful bread 🙌
