The washroom was alright, but they’re quite unaware of when someone is in there and may unlock the door when you’re in the middle of doing your business. Overall, not the best experience.

Everything we are there was fantastic. The staff was friendly (though busy, all the time). It had plenty of seating inside. We visited the Honolulu location in April and went probably 4 times that week. So excited to see one near our hotel in Times Square. I wish we had one in Colorado. Try the croissant donut with the citrus glaze. Or the strawberry chiffon cake. Or really, anything.. it’s all good
