A wide variety of very good bagels and spreads. Actually, I have to say it more directly --- PB has THE BEST bagels in Mercer County! And very good coffee.I grew up in New York City. I know a good bagel when I see it (or better yet eat it). I have tried all of the bagel shops in Mercer and Somerset counties and Pennington is The Best!I don't live near the place, but I will go out of my way to have a bagel here. Give 'em a try. You won't be disappointed.

A great local bagel shop with a wide array of classic, out-of-the-box, and seasonal flavors. Above all, however, is their delicious bagel quality. We assessed the quality of their Plain Bagel with Plain Cream Cheese to other local bagel shops, and they came out on top due to their incredible texture and flavor. Service is timely and welcoming, while the food is inexpensive. Would highly recommend.

I also got kettle cooked sea salt chips and got a raspberry Snapple iced tea. I must say the sandwich was incredibly delicious. I’m pretty sure they make their own coleslaw and it was perfect. Not sure what kind of pickles they use, but they were better than your average pickle. And not spears. All the ingredients tasted very fresh, Including the turkey. And for some reason everything didn’t slide out when I took a bite into the sandwich. Although it was Sunday at 1:30 PM, I barely waited 2 minutes. I think they do a great job over there and I will definitely be back.
