I was given a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and had food poisoning that afternoon. I should have known something was wrong when I walked into the bakery and my stomach turned at the smell of cooking meals mixed with strong coffee but the convenience of the location made me stay. I am fighting for my life at home and had to call the day off. This was the ABSOLUTE worse! And I can’t wrap my mind around this being a new location with poor quality food. I hope this location gets shut down!
Jul 18 · ATiana SmithWow!!! First day open and it feels like they’ve been here forever. The staff knew exactly what to do with all the customers there. Not to mention the food(best croquetas and best pastelitos) and the cafecito was absolutely amazing!!! Thank you Pincrest Bakery for opening in downtown!
Jun 25 · Javier LeivaSo happy they opened in downtown! So iconic, food and bakery is delicious
Jul 22 · a m aThe location it's great, the food is decent and good variety. Now they need organization and speed up the delivery process for most ready to eat foods like empanadas, croquetas, Cafecito, sandwiches etc. The attendant who takes the customer order should follow up till the customer gets everything that was ordered. In other words, take ownership of the customer till the order it's fulfil. They have very limited space so it's imperative that orders are processed quickly. Hopefully the management team takes note and improves upon their current system. Wish them the best and will come back soon to give it another try.
