My fellow co-workers and I have been patrons of the Pincrest Bakery chain for years. We now have found the BEST one of all at the Sweetwater branch. The staff, along with their new day shift manager are spectacular. The food is phenomenal and the Cuban cafecito is the best in all of Miami. We meet several times a week and the staff is extra attentive and will go out of their way to make our large party feel at home. Pinecrest has customers for life because the quality of people the have selected and the product they put out. Great job Joel and Efrain!

But every time I visit this branch in sweetwater, since I live near by I treated badly. The workers are beyond rude and wouldn’t even respond to me when I talk. This is a great business but the customer service needs to be taken seriously. The worker I tried to talk to needs to be educated about retail service.I never write a bad review about a place, but I hope this review helps the business runs better and give customers the experience they expect from pinecrest.
