This is a little piece of yumminess in West Palm Beach! It's like having a Spanish bakery / Food Cafe from Miami but is located in WPB. It's close to the airport. The pastries are so flaky and delicious! Everything is excellent! A must try!

Sep 10 · Ashley JarrielMixed Experience - Good Food When They Get It RightJune 2025- took forever, they didn’t get one of my items at all, went to put in the order for it said not and left. Was not going to wait another 20minutes for some eggs that I thought I had already paid for. And they got the sandwich wrong again.November 2024- I’ve tried this place a few times now, and while the food has potential, the execution is hit-or-miss, especially during busy mornings. The first time we ordered, they forgot the pork on our Cubano—kind of a big deal since that’s the main ingredient! My sandwich was otherwise tasty and done just right, but the second time, it was underwhelming. The cheese was barely there, and even though I ordered extra mayo, they didn’t put any on either sandwich. Thankfully, the pork made it on this time, but the flavor was lacking. The coffee was decent but quite bitter, which might not be for everyone. However, the highlight was the cake I ordered for my husband. It was beautifully decorated, rich, and delicious—definitely a dessert you’ll want a glass of milk with, but it was well worth it.In short, this place has promise, but if you’re going in the morning, prepare for possible mistakes.

Sep 18 · El JrSuper excited to see a new bakery spring up. Here are some fun facts i learned from the first visit by speaking with the owner, Joel! This is a privately owned business with multiple locations thru out South florida. They are predominantly in Miami and have expanded to this location. As of today, September 1, 2024, they have actually not even done their grand opening, which is why if you have experienced longer than usual wait times, is the reason why. They are still in training. They are so grateful by the immense support from West Palm Beach but were taken a back by the amount of people that have shown up thus far. Speaking with Joel he stated they have intentions on opening the drive thru for 24 hour service within the next few months.--- Okay! Now for the food. The location has seating available inside with two seater tables and some wall booth seating.- pricing is reasonable with portion size being generous.- The two types of empanadas tried were the shredded beef and regular beef. Both were seasoned perfectly and not lacking in flavor with an amazing golden crisp fry on the shell.- The breakfast platter consisted of two fried eggs, your choice of ham or bacon (hubby chose ham), curly fries and cuban tostada with cuban cafe con leche. The fries were seasoned and the bread is fresh. And as expected the cafe con leche was on point. The coffee was not overtly bitter.- The monte cristo was stacked high with turkey, ham, swiss cheese, and bacon between two pieces of french toast sprinkled with powdered sugar. A prior review stated that their sandwich was cold and I'd have to agree, Im not too sure if this is culturally the method for serving this, or if this is a training issue but either way the flavor profiles are there of a monte cristo and the portion allows me to have a take home plate where i can heat it to my liking.- Now.. if youve made it this far and you are undecided on what to try, take this as your sign to order the Flan de Queso! (They have a Q written in black marker on the plastic top.) This dainty dessert is creamy with the perfect balance of sweet from the caramel base and tangy from the cream cheese in the flan. If you get nothing else - GET THIS! (Its been two days since Ive been at this establishment and ive already ordered about 5 of them for myself and my family.)My review stands at a 4 because of the cold sandwich and current wait times BUT most likely will be updated to a 5 once they have gone through the training and actual grand opening and have settled into thw flow of things. This was amazing and hopefully will be a regular!
