I normally have piroshkis delivered to my house. I have been doing that over the last few years but I recently visited Piroshky Piroshky in Kent and had a mixed experience.On the positive side, the customer service was excellent. The person at the window was very nice and professional, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant.However...... The food was extremely disappointing. I ordered two bacon cheeseburger piroshkis, two beef and cheddar piroshkis, and five frozen beef and cheddar piroshkis. The cooked piroshkis were extremely hard and burnt, almost inedible. My family and I had to remove most of the top and some of the inside to make them somewhat edible. They definitely had been kept under the heat lamp far too long and should have been replaced before becoming overcooked.Based on this experience, I do not recommend getting their cooked items at the Kent location. Instead, consider getting them delivered frozen (you control the quality and it's cheaper) or visit the downtown location for hot and fresh piroshkis.

The only thing is the parking lot is intimidating. When the associate shut the door to get my food the people in the parking lot made me feel unsafe. I do understand you can't do anything about the people hanging out around the building, just when the door shut and I was alone I was nervous.The food is delicious. We ordered Beef & Cheese piroshky and Rhubarb Piroshky. My son is a autistic teenager he asked me when we will be enjoying this meal again.Thank you for the great food We will be ordering again
