We usually feel that we get our bagels before the quoted time even. They have a great bacon, egg, and cheese. It's nice that they give the option of ketchup coming on it.All the bagel types We've tried have been good - plain, sourdough, and jalapeno cheddar. The jalapeno cheddar isn't like most other places - some specs of each throughout the bagel that really suits itself to complimenting whatever you get on the bagel as opposed to being the main show.We've also eaten here with a friend that avoids gluten and she was pleased with their gluten free bagel.

An amazing morning in Nashville at Proper Bagel. As the name implies, this is was a proper bagel. So many cream cheese and sandwich options. As someone who’s had their fair share of New Jersey and New York bagels I was impressed. The pork role was especially exciting to see. Can’t wait to return.
