This delightful establishment is much more than your average donut shop; it is a dedicated café and vegetarian haven that has redefined the indulgent treat by blending Japanese culinary heritage with modern dietary preferences.

For those living the Southern California life, a treat that satisfies a craving without the heavy, greasy aftermath of a traditional fried donut is a welcome discovery. RING Baked Tofu Donuts has built its reputation on this very concept. They offer an innovative, Japanese-style baked tofu donut that is 100% dedicated gluten-free and features a unique, moist, and tender texture often described as more cake-like than a conventional donut. What is Worth Choosing on the Menu?

While the entire menu is a testament to inventive baking, certain items stand out as customer favorites and must-try experiences. For those new to the shop, starting with the classics that showcase their unique concept is highly recommended.

Among the donuts, the Matcha Green Tea ($3.25) is a fantastic representation of their fusion concept, offering the subtle, earthy sweetness of premium Japanese matcha in a tender, cakey texture. The Double Chocolate ($3.25) is another crowd-pleaser, delivering a rich chocolate flavor without the heaviness of a fried product. Vegan diners are often delighted by the Vegan Ube ($3.75), which provides a soft, moist texture and the distinct, subtle flavor of purple yam.

The beverages at RING are just as noteworthy as the donuts themselves. The Sea Salt Cream Iced Coffee ($4.75) is consistently lauded as a top seller and one of the best iced coffees in the area. For a non-coffee option, the Sea Salt Cream Iced Matcha ($5.25) is an authentic and perfectly balanced drink, offering a creamy, slightly salty top layer over earthy matcha. Additionally, the refreshing Yuzu Lemonade ($4.75), made with the aromatic Japanese citrus, is a perfect, light pairing for the donuts on a warm California day.

The ability to purchase Donut Boxes, such as the Classic Half Dozen ($19.50) or the Vegan Dozen ($45.00), also makes RING an excellent choice for any occasion, from a small office gathering to a family dessert night, providing convenience and variety.

Tasty offerings. I was apprehensive at first when my niece absolutely insisted we visit. I should listen to her more often. The shop is small, but clean. While it includes some cute merch and a fun area to draw, the shop is a very small area and more suited for take-away orders. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and texture of the donuts. They are lightly sweet and carry a cakelike texture...and easy to scarf down with a coffee or tea. Stop by and enjoy a treat...bonus...they are affordable!

Wow, these may be some of the most delicious donuts I've ever had! And the best part is that I feel good after I eat them unlike traditional donuts. The shop itself is adorable and the staff is amazing! There are so many donut and drink options. I got the Ube Vegan Donut and a Yuzu Lemonade. If you need a delicious treat that is good for you then you have to stop by!

The donuts are more cakey than traditional donut, similar to a muffin? They are tastyn Their matcha cold brew is usually what I come for. Not too sweet & a good strong matcha flavor! Just look at that shade of green!! You can adjust sweetness too. Staff has always been kind :)
