I came here on back to back days. The first was closer to closing time and they only had one glazed gingerbread donut left. It was delicious! Not old or stale and had a great flavor. The next day I had an old fashioned glaze and again no complaints here. I would describe the donuts as closer to cake than other ones. Yum!

I ordered the blueberry old fashioned 2 days in a row, which is something I almost never do. I also tried the croffin which is a crispy croissant muffin filled with a pastry cream. That too was absolutely perfect. If you're in Chicago you have to go to Stan's!
