Features / Highlights

Sugar Spells stands out in the competitive Florida bakery scene through its distinct features:

• Focus on Bespoke Artistry: Unlike bakeries with a large rotating selection, Sugar Spells is a true custom shop, focusing on a limited number of unique orders where they can add their "own flare" and ensure clean lines and modern concepts. They actively try "not to duplicate designs."
• The 'Melting' Marshmallow Fondant: A critical highlight is their use of a homemade marshmallow fondant that is celebrated for melting on the palate and beautifully complementing the desserts, addressing the common aversion to traditional, less palatable fondants.
• Gourmet, Scratch-Made Quality: All cakes are guaranteed to be baked fresh and made from scratch, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality ingredients and superior flavor over speed and volume.
• Unique Cake Flavor Profiles: The signature cake menu includes sophisticated and playful flavor combinations, such as the "Banofee Crumble" (banana cake with dulce de leche) and the "Almond and Hazelnut Praline," catering to diverse and gourmet tastes.
• Specialty Fillings and Extras: Offering advanced customization options, including boozy fillings (like Bailey's Irish Cream), whipped ganaches, and unique additions like crushed pretzels and freeze-dried raspberries to enhance flavor and texture.
• Convenient Delivery Service: The availability of delivery across their service area ensures that their high-end, custom products can reach clients for all events without logistical stress.
