Visited for the first time today and purchased a dozen assorted mini cupcakes. The customer service was good the baker/staff answered all my questions regarding flavors. The cupcakes were so dry it was so unfortunate. My kids love cupcakes and stated they did not like these so it was a waste of money. I’m not sure if the cupcakes have been sitting out for days but for this to be a bakery they should consider a different recipe or ensuring cupcakes are made fresh daily.

They reached out and explained their process of how they make the cakes when there is an allergy. Super happy it how cake looked and it was really delicious. This was my first experience with a custom cake and first time customer of Sweet Cakes. Thank you guys for making my daughters cake. Can’t wait to come back and try some cupcakes.
