What is Worth Choosing

Choosing Tainos Bakery & Deli is worth it for the unrivaled authenticity and breadth of the menu, all centered around fresh baked goods. For Central Florida locals, this establishment offers a genuine culinary bridge to the Caribbean islands, providing staples that are rare to find prepared with this level of quality and care.

First, the Mallorcas are an absolute must-try for breakfast. These sweet, coiled breads, toasted and served with options like ham, egg, and cheese, are an authentic taste of island mornings and a fantastic way to start your day in the 32806 area.

Second, the deli is worth choosing for its definitive Premium Sandwiches. The quote, "Once you've had a Taínos sandwich, you won't settle for anything else," is a bold but accurate statement for local users accustomed to less-inspired deli fare. Specifically, the Tripleta and the Cubano served on their house-baked Cuban bread stand out as the hallmark signature of the brand.

Finally, the opportunity to enjoy authentic Puerto Rican platters like Mofongo and the unique Jibarito (a plantain-based sandwich) alongside a high-quality Cafe Con Leche makes Tainos a destination for lunch. It’s a clean, welcoming spot that delivers exceptional Caribbean flavor, making it the top choice for an authentic breakfast, a satisfying lunch, or just a fresh loaf of Sobao bread to enjoy at home.

Went for breakfast around 1130, it was delicious ! Very authentic Caribbean food. As a Cuban who lived close to Miami for a long time I know once you get used to that quality food down there it's hard to find it anywhere else. This was pretty close, I liked it a lot!! The place was also very clean and put together which is a plus.

Happy to have a Taino's Bakery right down the street from my kids' school and my business; will be my go to place for cafe con leche and fresh baked quesito in the mornings; yummy! Will certainly try other foods on their menu and recommend you do the same.
